Is culture your cup of tea, or rather shopping? Or maybe you prefer just fun and relaxation, Munich has a lot of everything to offer. From design to Durer, from Egypt to high tech: Munich's landscape of museums with her Pinakotheks, the Deutsches Museum (German Museum - a museum for technology and engineering) and her many collections has something up the sleeve for every taste. Most of it located just a stone's throw from us. Also Munich's shopping-mall in the city centre is merely around the corner: you can find something for every taste and purse. In case you were looking for nature in the city centre - you need look no further than the so-called English Garden. A park enclosure that ranges among the most spacious in the world (it is larger than New York's "Central Park") caters for the necessary recreation (and accommodates a couple of very large beergardens on top of that). A park of kings, nowadays populated by students and avant-guardists in its Southern part, idyllic and quiet, perhaps even rural, if you ambulate further, lies within less than 15 minutes' walking distance from the hotel.
